※ It is not important to the brand of the engine. This smart device is connected in parallel with the existing wall push button.
※ The output of this device is impulse dry contact signal. The relay is isolated from the internal circuit of the module. You can hang parallel to the button with any voltage. This gives a short pulse(not a constant pulse) and simulates the pressing button.
※ It can work for opening a garage/sliding gate if you have a one gang wall push button for the gate. This smart device is connected in parallel with the wall push button.
※ You don't need to buy a Hub for this device, this device connects to the WiFi of the House. But a strong WiFi signal is a must for this device, try to connect your phone to WiFi(2.4GHz) next to the engine, if cellphone can connect to this Wifi and surf the Internet normally, then our garage door opener can also connect to this Wi-Fi. If wifi signal not good, please try to use a WiFi signal repeater.
※ This is a WiFi only device, it doesn't work with any RF 433Mhz or RF 868Mhz remote.
※ This device is not compatible with HomeKit. But you can add Tap-to-Run Scene to Siri Shortcut in smart life app.

Installation
The main working principle is as below
Wired door sensor mount
Find a proper position on the garage door to mount the sensor(You can use the included double-sided adhesive tapes, screws or brackets for sensor fixation). Please make sure the distance between the two sensors is less than 20mm when the garage door is closed, and the two sensors are well separated when the garage door is open.

How to Add Device in App
Confirm the indicator light is blinking, enable cellphone Wi-Fi(2.4GHz) and Bluetooth, open "Smart Life" App, tap "+(Add Device)" at the top right corner, after the device is discovered by app, then tap "Add".
